FULL-SERVICE & AS-NEEDED

MOWING & TURF MAINTENANCE

Mow, edge, and blow debris from sidewalks, patios and driveways. WEEKLY during growing season - or -  EVERY TWO WEEKS. SCHEDULE SERVICES TODAY!

FLOWER BED MAINTENANCE

Includes weed removal, trimming of all shrubs and cleaning of all debris. Includes mulching of all flower beds and tree wells. SCHEDULE SERVICES TODAY!

MULCH

We will mulch all flower beds and tree wells with a high-quality, triple-screened and bagged mulch. Using a permium mulch will reduce the amount of weeds in your flower bed. You can select from Hardwood Brown, Black Velvet or Red Velvet.  We also offer tilling your beds with a high-grade garden mix or compost. SCHEDULE SERVICES TODAY!

LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE

We will provide six services of shrub and flower bed maintenance. Each service date we will manually remove weeds, trim shrubbery and clear the debris. You may opt-in for additional service dates at the same rate!

LEAF CLEAN-UP

We will provide leaf clean-up services during late Fall and Winter. Typically this will be four service dates, approximately three weeks apart.

SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSPECTION & SEASONAL ADJUSTMENTS

Includes inspection of all valves, adjustments to sprinkler heads and controller settings. Inspection is billable if no other services are performed. Spring and Fall visit each year.
