Remote Monitoring
Our team will remotely monitor your system, receiving alerts for potential leaks or malfunctions before they become major problems.
Seasonal Adjustments
We'll remotely adjust your watering schedule 2-4 times a year to align with the changing seasons, ensuring your landscape gets the right amount of water.
Priority Booking
As an Essential Care customer, you'll receive priority scheduling for any repair needs that may arise.
Your existing controller is used with this plan. However, you have the option to purchase a new smart controller at a discounted price.

Tier 2:

Annual On-Site Inspection
A certified technician will visit your property once a year for a comprehensive system check-up, inspecting for leaks, and ensuring all components are functioning correctly.
Winterization & Start-Up
We'll take care of shutting down your system in the fall and getting it ready to go in the spring.

We'll perform two on-site visits per year to proactively address any potential issues.
No-Cost Service Calls
